It’s never too late for learning. Since April 12, 1984, the Butler Institute of Lifelong Learning (BILL) has adopted this approach. The BILL sees society's main purpose as being the full development of Man. To this end, the institute has created many new opportunities in education.

National Academy of Business, Arts and Computing




The Butler Institute of Learning and Labour is embarking on the third academic year of its educational project the "Save One Scholarship Programme".

The BILL through the National Academy of Business Arts and Computing (NABAC), a 5th and 6th form Secondary School, has undertaken this educational thrust to provide scholarships for students of the high risk communities of Laventille and environs- East Dry River, Laventille, Belmont, Morvant and Malick/Barataria.
